This started as a more cyberpunkish version of Taki from Soul Calibur... but somewhere took a turn for more of a "future warrior" kinda feel. I'm not complaining.

Scribbles to bleed off some creativity.

The gas mask isn't exactly out of place either. Ninja ARE known to use any means necessary in pursuing, capturing or even destroying a target. To say that Ninja will never use poison gas shows very limited knowledge of their tactics =3

strange though it may be, i think the most interesting change is in her swords. they're subtle enough, but make the era she'd hail from unmistakable. taking into account what worked and stood out from her existing outfits and giving them modern/future analogues has really made this a successful design.
